Tao Foot Massage Reviews

I have been coming here for years now and honestly it’s worth it for me to come from South Beach because it is SO good. It’s no wonder this place is always busy! They are very kind and welcoming. The massage is amazing and I feel that the price is very low for all the value they offer including even hot stone massage as part of the full body deep tissue. I am grateful for all of them, they work so hard! If you go, make sure you tip them well! I can’t wait to go back again!!

I’ve been coming to this location for about two years now, and during that time I’ve seen quite a few personnel changes as well as some price increases. Overall, this place has a lot of potential, and I truly enjoy coming here. As an entrepreneur, I wanted to share a couple of suggestions that might help strengthen customer loyalty and make the experience even better. Since prices have increased, it might be helpful to introduce a membership or subscription option for regular customers. For example, offering monthly packages for foot massages could encourage repeat visits. Something like a one-hour foot massage package with options such as: • 2 times per month – $90 • 3 times per month – $80 • 4 times per month – $145 Another idea could be a loyalty reward system, such as offering a free massage after every five or six visits. Small programs like this often make customers feel appreciated and encourage them to keep coming back. I would also recommend having staff wear matching scrubs or professional massage attire, along with name tags and closed-toe shoes (for example, Crocs). Name tags are especially helpful because customers often like to request the same therapist they had before, and sometimes language barriers can make it difficult to remember or pronounce names. Again, this place truly has great potential, and I hope these suggestions are helpful. I look forward to continuing to visit!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5 Stars) Title: Excellent Massage, TERRIBLE Tipping Policy. We went to this place for the second time because the quality of the massage is truly excellent. Both my husband and I left very relaxed, and the service during the massage was top-notch. However, just as we noticed in other Google reviews, the experience is ruined by the blatant and uncomfortable pressure regarding tips. We left $20.00 ($10.00 per person) as a tip, and the person collecting the payment said with a very bad attitude: "Seriously? $20, $10 each?" This type of demand, attitude, and glaring at customers is unacceptable, especially considering the service prices. Management should be more attentive to how staff handles these interactions. If you go, know that you will spend money and receive a great massage, but be prepared to be questioned if your tip doesn't meet the establishment's expectations.

The jackhammer of massages. Way too fast even after asking to slow down, not relaxing what so ever, child and dog running around, no privacy, no doors or walls that go to the ceiling, not quiet or therapeutic and that’s why it’s cheap. Not using quality oils. The person who did the massaging had zero training and it was very obvious. Absolutely clueless as to how to relax a persons muscles. Just an absolute NO

I highly recommend this place. The foot massage and back massage that I got was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is very calming and the team members really take their time and massage all the kinks out. And also the prices are absolutely fantastic. If you're near 135th Street and Biscayne boulevard in North Miami please stop by and do yourself a favor. 😁👍🏿💯
